Due to missed appointments and late cancellations you will be required to pay a deposit before your booking can proceed. Please contact me if you would rather pay through online banking or if you have a gift voucher to use and I will override the system for you.

Cancellation policy: Out of respect for my time cancellations and postponements of less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments, cancellations and postponements of less than 24 hours will be charged at 75% of the treatment price.

Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will be required before a booking can proceed.
